The May Alchemy Faire was amazing!

Advertising Your Event New!
We have a new offering for those who are hosting events at the Soul Connections Community Center! Anyone hosting an event may also add a free listing to Mount Shasta Events (mount-shasta-events.com). Catherine has a subscription and the site is self-service. Thank you Catherine!

Those who are interested in adding your events may also share to Social Media from your published event. Alchemy Faire participants are invited to also add their event participation. I appreciate your comments and concerns and am happy to help you post your event.
There are many ways that you can be found, a flyer in a window, traditional website, search engine, event calendar, and social media. They all add up to a successful event.
Hosting Your Event
If you are interested in hosting an event please visit this page: Host an Event
The process begins with an Inquiry to the Event Coordinator. When your date and times are confirmed you will receive an email, text, or phone call from the Event Coordinator. Most of the time this will be Catherine.
After you have received approval and confirmation of your event date the next step is to reserve and pay for your space. Your space is not reserved until you have filled out the appropriate reservation form. Most will fill out the Hourly and 1-3 days form. This will be clear on the Host an Event page.
If you have a reoccurring event or a retreat that is 4 days or more; there are also forms for these types of events. There is also a Simple Payment Form for simply making a payment outside of the reservation process.
Regarding payment for your event, we honor your choice to use a credit or debit card within the form (preferred) or to pay in the store. Please make sure that you have paid before your event or you may risk cancellation. Retreats allow a 20% deposit and your contract is also included in the form. We have been using the forms for a few weeks now and the process is working well.
