We have some changes at the Soul Connections Community Center. Zsuzsi is no longer with us, she has moved from Mount Shasta and is happily creating a new life. Thank you Zsuzsi, we wish you well and we wish you success. You are so appreciated ๐ for all that you did to help build the Community Center and create a community event center where kirtan artists, musicians, and healers of every hue and ray could share their gifts.
With Zsuzsi absent from assisting with event reservations and all of the details required for successful events we have created an automated system. This in no way replaces a human managing these details, and they still do, however we feel that it is very helpful in gathering essential information about your event.

The process begins with an Inquiry to the Event Coordinator. When your date and times are confirmed you will receive an email, text, or phone call from the Event Coordinator. Most of the time this will be Catherine.
After you have received approval and confirmation of your event date the next step is to reserve and pay for your space. Your space is not reserved until you have filled out the appropriate reservation form. Most will fill out the Hourly and 1-3 days form. This will be clear on the Host an Event page.
If you have a reoccurring event or a retreat that is 4 days or more; there are also forms for these types of events. There is also a Simple Payment Form for simply making a payment outside of the reservation process.
Regarding payment for your event, we honor your choice to use a credit or debit card within the form (preferred) or to pay in the store. Please make sure that you have paid before your event or you may risk cancellation. Retreats allow a 20% deposit and your contract is also included in the form. We have been using the forms for a few weeks now and the process is working well.

The Alchemy Faire returns on May 30th! โ
Sean McCandless will be managing the Alchemy Faire for the Soul Connections Community Center. We are very happy with his decision to manage the Faire and we see that he will bring a new and interesting energy to this unique and wonderful group of exhibitors and presenters. The scheduled events are May 30th, June 27th, July 19th, August 22nd, September 19th, and December 12th.
